To maintain fairness and ensure that our limited slots can facilitate healing for all eager seekers, we enforce the following robust booking matrix:

• 24-Hour NoticeWe require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows another seeker to take the vacant space.
• Late CancellationsCancellations made less than 24 hours before your slot may incur a fee or total loss of session credit.

Payments for all services must be finalized electronically or in person prior to the commencement of the healing session.

We painstakingly curate a secure, sacred, and entirely respectful sanctuary for all engaged individuals. In order to uphold this high vibrational frequency:

• Mutual Respect: We demand that all staff, practitioners, and clients be treated with uttermost courtesy.
• Punctuality: Arriving faithfully on time ensures you receive the full length of your dedicated healing slot.
• Transparency: Provide fully accurate insights into your physical and emotional history when asked.

Note: We reserve the irrevocable right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior violates these spiritual guidelines.

Our digital and tangible materials—including but not limited to texts, sacred artwork, course structures, images, audios, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Shiva Energy.

You may not reproduce, systematically distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without express, physically signed permission from our founding board.

By enthusiastically participating in our profoundly transformative sessions, you definitively acknowledge that you assume ultimate responsibility for your own physical and cosmic well-being.

Shiva Energy, its partners, and practitioners strictly shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential energetic or physical damages interpreted as resulting from your engagement with our platform or practitioners.
